- Make sure you have glasses adjusted to your measure, at Vision Plus in Quarteira, your satisfaction is guaranteed;
- If you wear contact lenses, it is essential that they are properly cleaned (for at least 30 seconds) and that you avoid eye irritation, using suitable drops and following the usual safety recommendations;
- Prefer daily contact lenses (disposable);
- On a daily basis, whenever possible, use white lens glasses for better protection;
- Exchange your monofocal lenses for progressive (multifocal) lenses, if you don’t have a prescription, schedule an appointment with us;
